Dutch shipping platform PakketMail becomes official partner of PrestaShop

The Dutch shipping platform PakketMail announces an official partnership with PrestaShop, one of the largest eCommerce platforms in the world. Thanks to this partnership the shipping plugin developed by PakketMail is pre-installed in almost 6,000 Dutch and 4,000 Portuguese PrestaShop online stores. 

The shipping plugin provides PrestaShop stores with the ability to offer their customers, during checkout, a variety of carriers to choose from for the shipping and delivery of their purchase. Also, PrestaShop online stores that work with PakketMail have access to competitive shipping rates, can create their shipping labels with a single mouse click and can automatically update their consumers with shipment related tracking information.

At last, the customer support team of PakketMail helps connected online stores to save time and frustration by taking care of all carrier-related communication concerning status inquiries and claims. 

About the start of the official partnership between PrestaShop and PakketMail, Samir Ghrous, International Partner Manager at PrestaShop, comments: “PakketMail automates a great part of the shipping process so online store owners are able to spend more time on growing business.
