Last update:

ScaleNL, a public-private innovation and growth platform that offers a launch platform in the US to Dutch tech startups, announced that it has forged a corporate partnership with Erasmus Enterprise and Yes!Delft.

Erasmus Enterprise and Yes!Delft now officially join other corporate partners like Rabobank, De Brauw, and Wilson Sonsini.

Ernst Hoestra, CEO of Erasmus Enterprise, inked the partnership at the Consulate General of the Netherlands in San Francisco alongside the ScaleNL team represented by Michael Dooijes, Kaoutar Ashour (Program Director), Dirk Janssen (Consul General), and Agnes Koppelman (Dep. Consul General).

Even though the partnership was recently formalised, there has always been a close relationship with Erasmus Enterprise and Yes!Delft, says ScaleNL.

In September, the ScaleNL team participated in the festive Opening of the Entrepreneurial Year at the Erasmus Enterprise Hub.

There, Michael Dooijes, the co-founder of ScaleNL, took part in a panel discussion on what it means to be an entrepreneur while sharing insights about entrepreneurship in the US.

The team also met and reconnected with founders and various thought leaders from the Dutch tech startup landscape.

Not long after, Ernst Hoestra, CEO of Erasmus Enterprise, joined the ScaleNL Team on the West Coast for one week.

Erasmus Enterprise partners with Holland in the Valley

Besides ScaleNL, Erasmus Enterprise has joined Holland in the Valley as its 9th corporate partner.

Together with the tech incubator Yes!Delft, Erasmus Enterprise will provide Dutch startups and scale-ups with mentoring, advice, and know-how on growing their company.

Consul General Dirk Janssen says, “I am proud that Erasmus Enterprise is becoming one of Holland in the Valley’s partners. Rotterdam and Delft are important breeding grounds for entrepreneurial talent. This partnership is the next step in strengthening the connection between the Dutch and Silicon Valley startup ecosystems. The stronger that connection, the better it is for the Dutch economy. I’m looking forward to a strong and mutually beneficial partnership.”
