Leipzig-based Evergreen, a B-Corp certified fintech, has raised €5M in a new financing round to accelerate its growth and expand its product offering.
“Thanks to the fresh capital, we will continue to advance Evergreen, forge new partnerships, and roll out additional services to support wealth accumulation,” says Iven Kurz, founder and CEO of Evergreen.
The company has increased its employee count and has moved into a new, larger office in Leipzig city centre.
Evergreen: Sustainable fund manager
Founded in 2018 by Iven Kurz, Evergreen is an independent sustainable fund manager that currently manages over €100M in assets for more than 20,000 customers.
The company creates and manages risk-appropriate and globally diversified portfolios for systematic asset accumulation.
It uses its mutual funds, which are managed by Evergreen itself according to strict sustainability criteria.
With a focus on low-cost, sustainable investing, the platform enables wealth accumulation from as little as €1, appealing especially to users in their late 20s to mid-40s—an age group typically focused on career-building, family planning, and long-term financial security.
The company offers a range of services for business customers, including API interfaces for embedded finance solutions and white-label digital wealth management tools.
These allow brokers and intermediaries to offer investment services under their brand, complete with customisable strategies.
The company is certified with the international ‘B Corp’ seal (Benefit Corporation), which measures the overall social, ecological, and economic performance of a company.
