Raymon Pouwels, the co-founder of GO Sharing and Umob, has invested in Dutch-based SURE Mobility, bringing valuable expertise in shared mobility, Mobility as a Service (MaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
Pouwels has taken on the role of advisor to support the growth and success of several ventures alongside Patrick De Wit (Founder of SURE Mobility). Pouwels will provide strategic guidance to SURE, DRIVE Software Solutions, TourisTicks, PACO Display, and NOVECTRA.
These companies focus on innovation and sustainability, enhancing recreational electric vehicle (EV) rentals, offering an all-in-one software platform for vacation activities, and making EV charging infrastructure more accessible through a multi-mobility charging station.
Quote reports that Raymon Pouwels has taken a minority stake in SURE Mobility. The funding valuation remains undisclosed as the company is still securing new financing.
The raised funds will be used to expand the team and open new rental locations. This investment is separate from a €10M financing round that is expected to close soon.

SURE’s flagship product, the SURE Bike, features a hybrid super capacitor battery derived from Formula 1 technology, offering safety, sustainability, and rapid charging capabilities, with a full charge in 30 minutes.
The company helps businesses lower transportation costs, reduce carbon emissions, and improve employee health, productivity, and employer branding. SURE Mobility also supports the tourism sector by promoting environmentally friendly travel.
Additionally, the company offers a consignment model, enabling entrepreneurs to expand their offerings with minimal investment.
