The Netherlands-based hallo,, a company that provides information and communications technology (ICT) to SMEs, announced on Tuesday, May 23, that it has raised an undisclosed amount in a fresh round of funding led by KLAR Partners.
hallo, says that with the help of KLAR, it hopes to achieve quicker growth and future development in the European market.

London-based KLAR Partners has invested in the Dutch company as a growth partner.
KLAR is a European private equity firm that backs companies active in business services and industrial technology. It backs firms that have an annual turnover of nearly €50M to €500M.
In a company statement translated from Dutch, Alex Kulikowski of KLAR says, “The strong growth of hallo, in recent years is impressive and proves the strength of the platform and the strong culture of the company.”
“We will support hallo, together with management and Vortex, in its growth ambitions and plans to further expand across Europe.”
Besides KLAR, the round also saw investment from current owners, the management of hallo, and Amsterdam-based Vortex Capital Partners.
Vortex Capital Partners is a specialist investment fund with a focus on small and medium-sized technology companies with high growth potential.

The company offers smart modern Microsoft workplaces, flexible telephony, stable business internet, and secure cloud solutions.
hallo, has local branches in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Barendrecht, Leeuwarden, Nieuwegein, Nieuwkuijk, Tilburg, and Zeewolde, and is also active in Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, and Alicante in Spain.
Currently, the company has a team of 350 people spread over offices in the Netherlands, Spain and the Caribbean. In 2022, it had a turnover of €70M.

In March this year, hallo, acquired Aumatics, a Dutch IT services and solutions provider, to deepen its security offering with solutions from various vendors such as Cortex XDR, Veeam, Pentera, Crowdstrike, and Microsoft.
