Secured €70 million!
In a recent development, French startup Payfit has raised €70 million in a funding round led by Eurazeo and Bpifrance along with existing investors like Accel, Frst and Xavier Niel. With this, the company has raised total funding of €89 million.
With this funding, PayFit is planning to accelerate its HR solutions, expansion in Europe and double its workforce to around 1000 by 2021.
Firmin Zocchetto, CEO and co-founder of PayFit, commented:
This is certainly PayFit’s biggest challenge: recruiting the right people at the right time, without compromising on excellence and shared values. We are looking to strengthen all the teams: technical, product, sales, support, marketing… We are therefore looking for a wide variety of profiles.
Digitises and simplifies
Launched in April 2016 by Firmin Zocchetto, Ghislain de Fontenay and Florian Fournier, PayFit is the first service in France, which digitises and simplifies the management of payroll and HR processes for companies.
To be more specific, the company’s solution makes it possible to manage the hiring of an employee, the payslips, the social declarations and much more. In addition to the online solution, PayFit is also dedicated to payroll expert assistance.
Operate across Europe
At present, PayFit operates in over 3000 SMEs in France, Spain, Germany and The UK, and has 300 employees in its offices in Paris, Barcelona, Berlin and London.
Firmin Zocchetto, CEO and co-founder of PayFit, stated:
This is only the beginning of the adventure: Europe brings together tens of millions of SMEs that want to digitalise themselves. It is an incredible market, and our ambition is to become the benchmark in payroll and human resources management for these SMEs.
