An artificial intelligence accelerator program in Amsterdam, a global accelerator program in Australia, and a tech & science incubation program in Startup Village Amsterdam are kicking off this year and are on the look-out for smart teams and talented individuals.
Startupbootcamp’s Energy Australia program
Startupbootcamp, the global industry-focused startup accelerator, has announced the launch of its Energy Australia accelerator program opening in Melbourne. The program focuses on accelerating energy startups in smart grid, sustainable cities and living, smart buildings and infrastructure, IoT and connectivity, for sharing and trading, big data and advanced analytics, blockchain and artificial intelligence, and machine learning industries.
Melbourne is a city with a rapidly evolving startup ecosystem. This year it reached #14 in top 20 of world’s best startup ecosystems. Australia’s National Electricity Market has to continue to innovate and evolve to ensure power security and reliability while reducing emissions and managing costs. This is also one of the main incentives behind Startupbootcamp’s collaboration with EnergyAustralia and Spotless Group and their launch of Energy Australia program.
The three-month program targets energy teams from all over the world. Applications for Energy Australia program are open until October 27th.
Rockstart Launchtrack AI
The multi-vertical startup accelerator Rockstart has launched its brand new pre-acceleration program – Launchtrack AI, which supports talented individuals with profound technical knowledge. The equity-free program aims to empower both single founders and skilled tech-teams, guide them through validating business opportunities for their technologies and give them the best guidance to ensure that their products solve real-world problems and become viable businesses.
The goal of Launchtrack AI is to support startups at an earlier stage in building their future by providing its participants with an opportunity to meet co-founders, explore technologies and business applications, determine relevant markets, and validate all these in an intensive one-month program.
The Launchtrack AI program targets teams and single founders with expertise in AI – from recent university graduates to academic researchers and engineers working in the industry. The founders and the teams will have a chance to join the Rockstart AI accelerator, which begins in early October. Late applications for Launchtrack AI are open until August 16th.
ACE tech & science incubation program
The Amsterdam Center for Entrepreneurship (ACE) is launching a new tailor-made tech & science incubation program. It targets MSc or Ph.D. students, researchers, technology professionals, alumni from Dutch universities, and anyone who has an innovative tech or science business idea and is willing to set up a business in the Amsterdam region.
The program provides an opportunity for growth and an international scale-up. It consists of 12 weeks of interactive lectures, workshops, and individual mentoring sessions during which the participants of the program will learn how to build their own science or high-tech company. It also provides a broad network of consultants and service providers, access to ACE’s professional network of partners, and last but not least, matching to venture capital and industry leaders.
The program begins in October and takes place in Startup Village Amsterdam. Applications for ACE Incubator are still open until September 17th.
