Manchester United signs strategic collaboration deal with Qualcomm to elevate fan experiences

Manchester United, one of the biggest football clubs in the UK and widely followed globally, announced on Thursday that it has signed a multi-year global strategic collaboration deal with US-based Qualcomm Technologies, a processor designer company.

The focus of the partnership is Qualcomm’s flagship “Snapdragon” platform, which powers many of the world’s premium smartphones, PCs, gaming devices, connected cars, smart wearables, and more.

Aim of this partnership

According to a statement, both the parties will work together in a strategic manner to create “unique” events and experiences for Manchester United fans at Old Trafford as well as around the world, powered by Snapdragon technology. Additionally, Qualcomm will also advise Manchester United on improving Old Trafford’s mobile connectivity in order to enhance fans’ experience on match days.
