Rotterdam-based Nearfield Instruments, a provider of advanced metrology and inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry, has established its US subsidiary, Nearfield Instruments USA Inc.
The expansion aims to enhance the company’s presence in North America, improve customer support, and drive the adoption of its metrology technologies in the region.
Nearfield Instruments’ US subsidiary follows the company’s multiple system orders received from a US customer. This expansion supports the company’s growth and reflects increasing market demand for its metrology solutions.
