After the Netherlands, Italy and Dubai, Lab Rooms is all set to create its presence in the UK. The Amsterdam-based startup Lab Rooms is going to launch its new endeavour ‘Design Your Life’ in London this week. This programme is a novel approach for living a happy, healthy and meaningful life. The Covent Garden Hotel, London is the venue for launching the programme this Saturday on December 22.

‘Design Your Life’ – mantra for living life in a true sense

The programme is based on the application of design thinking methodologies for a reminiscent life. It is designed by Grace Houghton, a 25-year old design thinking expert. She explains, “As a generation, we’re no longer tied to traditional notions of success. We’re told to ‘grow up’ and achieve our ‘goals’, but what we really need is a support to remain agile and grow into our lives. At Lab Rooms, we’re not self-help experts, career counsellors, and we don’t have ‘5 Steps to a Happy Life’ – we’re simply creative innovators with proven design-thinking tools and practical solutions.”

Design Your Life is a half-day session that integrates the cognitive process with meditation and conscientiousness for determination of individual ardour and actual goals. It will lead people towards significant strides to achieve their mission. The purpose of the programme is to awaken people about the true meaning of success.

Plan to explore the continent

After commencement in London, the programmes are scheduled for Amsterdam on December 29th and Florence on January 26th. Further, the startup is preparing to explore the entire Europe space with Design Your Life programme 2019 onwards.

Lab Rooms – the performance booster

Headquartered in Amsterdam, Lab Rooms offers innovative, affordable, expert-guided and results-driven strategic sessions for the human resources of corporate to enhance productivity and efficiency. The startup was initiated by Femke Storm in 2016. Since its instigation, it has attained an exponential growth and in 2018 itself, the startup carried out more than 250 sessions with clients including WWF, KLM and AkzoNobel.
