ChannelSight: Dublin-based startup that helps convert visitors into customers in few clicks raises €8.8M Series B funding

ChannelSight, is a Dublin-based platform which lets brands grow their offline and online sales by giving them unique insights into the content and campaign performance. Its ‘Where to Buy’ technology enables large brands including Mondelez, Pepsi, Bosch and Philips drive sales from their digital content. They will also get an understanding of what content and ads work effectively across the digital channels.

Raised €8.8 million funding

In a recent development, the Dublin company has raised $10 million (€8.8 million) in a Series B capital round led by Dutch SaaS venture capital company, Connected Capital. Even its existing investors such as ACT Venture Capital, Nauta Capital and Enterprise Ireland participated in the latest funding round.

ChannelSight was founded in 2013 by John Beckett and Niall O’Gorman. The fresh investment will be channelled to accelerate the product roadmap delivery and global expansion of the company. As of now, hundreds of brands across 65 countries use ChannelSight technology to help users move through the digital content and purchase the product that they are interested in. Its advanced insights platform provides brands with access to unique business intelligence letting them optimise the future budget allocation and increase ROI from their content and campaigns.

Currently, ChannelSight has a team of 70 employees and is hiring 30 more people for additional roles across sales, marketing, product and engineering for their offices in Dublin, Brasov and Thessaloniki.
