However, the retail sector is still struggling with the same old manual process that includes juggling between spreadsheets, emails and chats, which are inefficient in most cases. This inefficient manual process can lead to reduced profits and growth loss.
With an aim of helping retailers make the most of tech currently available, the France-based retail tech startup SimpliField developed a mobile-first retail-performance platform. The service intends to simply delivering notable customer experiences for leading brands, retailers and wholesalers. It is also enabling leading brands to replace the outdated processes of using spreadsheets and paper forms with a smart mobile solution. SimpliField has now announced that it has secured €9.88M in Series A funding.
