ElevenLabs, a London-based AI voice technology company, announced that NVIDIA has invested in the company.
The announcement followed a conversation between ElevenLabs co-founder Mati Staniszewski and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang on LinkedIn. The discussion coincides with ongoing AI collaboration between the United States and the United Kingdom.

They highlight the longstanding partnership between ElevenLabs and NVIDIA, emphasising their shared vision for the power of voice and AI audio. The conversation underscores the collaborative spirit between the two companies, focusing on the advancements in generative AI and voice synthesis technologies.
NVIDIA’s investment in ElevenLabs is part of its broader £2B strategy for AI startups in the UK, with a focus on hubs like London and Cambridge. The initiative aligns with the UK’s national AI strategy, supporting companies in AI, robotics, and life sciences using NVIDIA’s technology.
Startuphub.ai reports that the investment comes amid strengthened US-UK tech collaboration following President Donald Trump’s September 2025 state visit, which resulted in a $42B “Technology Prosperity Deal” on AI and quantum computing. The agreement aims to boost joint research, unlock £150B in UK investments, and create jobs.
NVIDIA plans to invest up to £11B in UK AI infrastructure, including deploying 120,000 GPUs in “AI factories” to support the development of UK sovereign AI.
