Noord Brabant-based Prodrive Technologies Group’s founder and CEO Pieter Janssen and HAL Investments announced on Thursday, March 2, their intention to purchase all of the shares of co-founder Hans Verhagen in Prodrive Technologies.
This transaction follows after an initial entry as a shareholder of HAL Investments B.V. in 2022.
Consequently, the ownership of HAL Investments B.V. increases from 31.45 per cent to 47.18 per cent. Pieter Janssen, management, and employees collectively possess the remaining shares.
“Prodrive Technologies acknowledges the paramount contribution of Hans Verhagen as co-founder and former CEO to the company’s growth and achievements,” reads the press release.
