Dutch-based RoomRaccoon acquires Belgium company Lobbi PMS to bolster its presence in Benelux

Breda, The Netherlands-based RoomRaccoon, a provider of cloud-based hotel management software for independent hotels, announced on Monday that it has acquired Lobbi PMS, a Belgium-based software provider for small to medium-sized hotels.

However, the Dutch company didn’t disclose the exact financial figures behind the acquisition. 

The announcement comes around a year after acquiring iHotelligence, a Dublin-based property management software, to further expand its presence in the Irish market, in December 2023. 

Lobbi PMS develops an online platform that helps hoteliers increase direct bookings and simplifies the administration of their property.

With this move, the Dutch company is set to expand its reach, adding over 300 properties in the Benelux region and beyond.

Additionally, it will provide current Lobbi hoteliers with a wider range of tailored solutions and enhanced support for operations.

As part of the acquisition, RoomRaccoon will welcome the Lobbi team, along with its existing headquarters in Ghent, Belgium, into its ecosystem.

Lobbi’s founders, David De Windt and  Philippe Mangé, along with CTO Geoffrey De Muer, will remain on board to make sure the seamless transition for their hotelier clients.
