Ghent, Belgium-based team.blue, a company that provides hosting and cloud solutions, announced on Monday that it has acquired a majority stake in Rotterdam-based Leadinfo, a real-time B2B lead generation startup. Han Kleppe, founder of Leadinfo, and the current management team will continue to lead the company.

Leadinfo’s SaaS product converts B2B website visitors to leads.

What does Leadinfo offer?

Founded in 2017 by Han Kleppe, Leadinfo builds software to identify B2B website visitors. The company aims to empower all businesses to grow and fill their sales pipeline with high-quality leads. It wants to help brands optimise their sales efforts so that they can focus on what matters: building relationships.

The company has gone from a team of 2 to 25 people, has a high-quality dataset, and integrates with over 40+ CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce and Teamleader. With its focus on quality and efficiency, Leadinfo claims to be a sector leader in the Netherlands and Belgium with their 3,000+ customers.

Leadinfo’s partner programme with online marketing agencies is the driving force behind the company’s success. They have one of the biggest partner programmes in the Benelux, with more than 1,200 partners spread across Europe. The company chooses local partners, which results in a dispersed network across Europe that strengthens its positioning and presence.

Some of its customers include Creditsafe, Channable, and Brother, and thousands of SMEs across Europe.

Aim of this acquisition

According to a statement, Leadinfo will be supported by the broader team.blue organisation to offer the “powerful” Leadinfo tool to 2.5M+ team.blue customers and web agencies across Europe.

Founder of Leadinfo, Han Kleppe, says, “I am truly proud to be joining team.blue and scale our winning software across their territory. I look forward to rolling out our product and partner program across 15 countries and offering it to 2.5M+ customers. As entrepreneurs, Jonas (Founder & President of team.blue) and I share the same winner mentality and it was great to notice that this mindset is also strongly embedded in the company culture of team.blue.”

CEO of team.blue, Claudio Corbetta, adds, “As a leading digital enabler for companies and entrepreneurs across Europe, we want to offer business value to our customers and partners. Leadinfo is converting visitors into leads which makes the return on investment of the software extremely tangible. Furthermore, their agency model is a perfect fit with team.blue since this customer segment is dear to us. We were impressed with the track record of Han in scaling Leadinfo to where it stands today. We’re eager to help to roll out Leadinfo into new territories and welcome them into team.blue.”
