UK-based VC firm gears up to invest €200M in late Seed, Series B rounds of Europen proptech startups

Round Hill Ventures is a global real estate venture capital firm that is involved in investment management, asset management, development management and property management. This London-based VC firm is all set to invest €200M in late seed and Series B high-growth ventures that deliver innovation across the proptech industry.

Round Hill Ventures has announced the first close of its €200M European PropTech Fund. This new fund is led by Arnie Sriskandarajah, an experienced technology investor and operator alongside Michael Bickford, the Round Hill Capital CEO. With this fund, Round Hill Ventures will focus on the most promising PropTech innovations that aim to harness technological transformation in the way people build, use and allocate space, thereby making it beneficial for consumers.

According to the VC firm, this fund has attracted strong demand from large institutional capital offering access to the fast-growing proptech sector for both sovereign wealth and pension funds. Furthermore, the Fund strategy is supported with direct insights that are drawn from Round Hill Capital’s 10 European offices. With Round Hill Capital’s support, it will be able to directly accelerate the growth of suitable investments by launching them into new markets,

Portfolio of proptech investments

Backed by Round Hill Capital, Round Hill Ventures has been investing in the European proptech ecosystem and has backed companies such as SenSat, Spacemaker AI and Plentific. It aims for a portfolio size of around 45 investments and has a strong and growing pipeline of targets.
