In a recent development, Wolves Summit conference has been acquired by a group of international investors. The group is headed by Martin Ring, a prominent leader in Polandโs business and financial services market. It has also revealed the dates for next edition of the international conference.
Wolves Summit 10th edition finalised!
The 10th edition of Wolves Summit will be hosted on October 23 and 24 in Warsaw, Poland. The original founders โ Barbara, Piotr and Marek Piasek will support the event. The 10th edition will happen at the Palace of Culture and Science and will host over 1,500 attendees, 300 startups, 200 investors, 300 corporates and executives who can access over 3,000 customised meetings.
Wolves Match also acquired
As a part of the acquisition, even the Wolves Match, which is a tool connecting startups with cooperations and investors has been acquired. This was created by Wolves Team. As per Martin Ring, they are in plans to use Wolves Match extensively. This way, they will be able to enable affiliated investors verify hundreds of thousands of projects in the pipeline. It will Wolves Summitโs ability to significantly increase the number of investments and ensure their business is successful.
Next steps they plan to take
Following the acquisition, the next business challenge will be to grow the Evenea brand. Piotr Piasek said that they have taken majority stake in acquiring Evenea from existing shareholders. He added, โDrawing on our experience gained over the years in running Wolves Summit, as well as โSee Bloggers ลรณdลบโ (its last edition generated over 100 million organic social media reach) – we are certain that we are ready to scale Evenea.โ
Attracts international brands
Since its first edition in 2015, Wolves Summit has gained massive support and has boasted over 1,300 participants. The conference attracts global bands such as Facebook, Visa, Orange, Orlen, Bayer, Paypal, Microsoft, Samsung, ProSiebenSat 1, P&G, LinkedIn, PwC and more.
The summit is attended by numerous representatives from investment funds and capital groups including Credo Ventures, Open Ocean, Innovation Nest, Inventrue, Startupbootcamp, Techstars, Market One Capital, DN Capital, Blumberg Capital, Index Ventures and SpeedUp Group.
