Zero One Hundred Conferences, also known as 0100 Conferences, is back for insightful discussions and networking opportunities, this time in Amsterdam.
With over 450 of Europe’s limited partners (LPs) and general partners (GPs) expected to attend, the event is expected to be a high-level platform for networking, learning, and deal-making.
What is Zero One Hundred Conferences?
Zero One Hundred Conferences is a provider of online and offline conferences for Private Equity & Venture Capital players in various regions with a global outreach.
Each conference brings together 250 to 1000 senior-level attendees, such as general partners of private equity/venture capital funds and limited partners.
In an interview with Silicon Canals last year, Pavol Fuchs, CEO of 0100 Conferences said, “The inspiration behind starting 0100 Conferences was the desire to create a platform that unites all venture capital and private equity professionals for an elevated networking experience that’s conducive to building long-lasting relationships.”
In the last seven years, 0100 Conferences organised 40+ events with 1000+ speakers, 4400+ investors, and 9100+ attendees. The locations of these events were Berlin, Luxembourg, Dublin, Copenhagen, Vienna, Prague, Tallinn, Limassol, and Bratislava.
Why Amsterdam?
This time, the conference will be held in the vibrant city of Amsterdam, one of the fastest-growing tech ecosystems in Europe.
In cooperation with the City of Amsterdam, StartupAmsterdam and Techleap.nl, 0100 Conferences is set to bring together the crème de la crème of the private equity and venture capital industry at a three-day pan-European event from March 28 to March 30, 2023.
The choice of Amsterdam, according to Fuchs, was a rather easy one. Amsterdam, in his view, presents itself as a welcoming and attractive city that lacks interesting PE/ VC events.
He says the city makes a perfect choice for bringing its entire network of investors as well as for its flagship event.
Apart from the City of Amsterdam, 0100 Conferences has also drawn support from StartupAmsterdam, a public programme designed to stimulate the local business climate for startups and scaleups.
“With the 0100 Conference being hosted in Amsterdam, we will make sure to give 20 Amsterdam-based impact-driven startups access to the event and connect them to the attending investors,” says Bas Beekman, Director of StartupAmsterdam.
Startup Amsterdam has released a list of 20 impact-driven startups from the city that will be attending this event.
According to StartupAmsterdam, these 20 were randomly selected from a long list of Amsterdam’s impact driven startups and scaleups.
The team looked at the company’s product or service and whether it’s solving an urban or social issue, the company’s growth stage, funding needs, internationalisation ambitions and investment readiness.
The Amsterdam-based startups who will be part of this year’s 0100 Conferences are:
