Nine scale-ups have joined the latest Rise cohort by Techleap.nl!
These companies operate in fintech, cybersecurity, ESG, and travel tech. The founders are working on developments in these sectors.
Rise Batch 15 brings together companies that have gained market presence and are expanding their operations beyond national borders. The cohort reflects a range of business models and goals.
Through the Rise programme, these scale-ups will receive support as they continue to grow and address challenges in their industries.
The Rise programme
Amsterdam-based Techleap.nl continues its Rise programme, selecting Dutch startups each year to join its network. The programme helps participants build connections and receive mentorship.
Selected startups and scale-ups are given access to experts, networks, and business resources. Participants learn from Dutch entrepreneurs with experience in company building and expansion.
The programme supports companies working on investment rounds, leadership issues, and other business needs.
Since the inception of the programme, participating companies have raised capital and expanded operations beyond national borders. Their work contributes to society and the economy.

The following companies have been selected for the 15th Rise programme:
Bitvavo
Founder/s: Mark Nuvelstijn
Bitvavo launched its platform in 2018 to connect traditional currencies with digital assets. The company focuses on making digital assets available to a wide audience by offering clear fees, multiple asset options, and a user-friendly platform.
Combining features of a broker platform and a digital asset exchange, along with compliance and security measures, Bitvavo seeks to contribute to the development of the digital economy.
Datamaran

Datamaran is an AI platform that supports business leaders in managing ESG-related challenges by converting large sets of data into actionable insights. It is the only software that offers a fully automated approach to identifying and tracking ESG risks and opportunities.
By providing real-time analytics on strategic, regulatory, and reputational risks tailored to specific businesses and value chains, Datamaran enables companies to develop informed, data-based strategies internally.
Eye Security

Eye Security is focused on providing cybersecurity services to small and medium-sized businesses in Europe. It aims to offer national-intelligence-grade protection to companies that are part of larger supply chains and face industry-specific cyber threats.
The company offers an all-in-one service that includes endpoint monitoring, awareness campaigns, continuous incident response, and cyber insurance. Eye Security’s goal is to reduce the burden on SMEs by helping them manage cyber risks and the costs that come with them.

Fourthline offers a Modular Identity Platform designed to address identity challenges for banks, fintechs, and non-financial businesses. The platform supports a range of services, including identity verification, remediation, and AML screening, all accessible through a single API integration. Hadrian

Hadrian provides real-time Exposure Management by using the hacker’s perspective. The company applies automation to offensive security practices, helping security teams operate with greater speed and reach. Oneleet is a full-stack cybersecurity platform that helps businesses maintain security while they focus on their operations. The platform offers tools and services designed to manage cybersecurity needs across different areas of a business.
TicketSwap

TicketSwap is a platform for fans to buy and sell tickets for concerts, festivals, sports events, theatre, and day trips. It limits resale mark-ups to 20 per cent above the original price or adjusts to local laws where required. The platform uses user checks and works with event organisers to prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions.
Vio.com

Vio.com is a travel platform operating from Amsterdam and other countries through remote teams. The company aims to grow into a global travel business without relying on large-scale funding.
WeTravel
Founder/s: Zaky Prabowo, Garib Mehdiyev, Johannes Koeppel
WeTravel began as a platform to support travel businesses through digital booking tools. By 2025, it has developed into an operating system for multi-day travel businesses.
The platform combines itinerary creation, booking tools, payment processing, and trip management to help operators increase direct bookings and manage operations in one place.
Techleap for scale-ups
Techleap for Scaleups is a Dutch community for tech founders focused on building companies with economic and societal impact. It connects entrepreneurs to peers and experts to encourage shared learning and collaboration.
The organisation offers programmes like Boost, Rise, and Shine to support founders and executive teams in overcoming common business challenges.
Techleap operates as a non-profit funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, with Constantijn van Oranje serving as Special Envoy. Its goal is to support the development of the Netherlands’ tech ecosystem.
