Köln, Germany-based Realyze Ventures, a VC platform driving sustainable transformation in the real estate, construction, and skilled trades sectors, announced the first closing of its fund. Its Assets under management now total approximately €50M.
The fund is supported by an exclusive network of industry players, institutional capital, and entrepreneurial families.
Investors include Art-Invest Real Estate, Cordes & Graefe KG, Goldbeck, MOMENI, and ZECH, as well as several renowned family offices, complemented by an institutional investor from the European banking sector.

This closing marks the launch of the investment platform, which focuses on technology solutions for reducing carbon emissions, increasing digital efficiency, and improving overall effectiveness.
The goal is to grow assets under management by funding technologies that make the real estate, construction, and skilled trades sectors more environmentally friendly, digitally advanced, and resilient, while also connecting them to the energy industry.
The founding team—Tim Fischer, Manfred Heid, Stefan Läufer, David Nadge, and Kai Panitzki, collectively brings a track record of over 40 successful investments and manages more than €120M in venture capital.
Following the successful development of their ecosystems at BitStone Capital and MOMENI Ventures, they now jointly build Realyze Ventures, curating a unique ecosystem of investors, innovators, and network integrators.
