Oslo-based Attensi has secured over $25M (nearly €22.23M) in non-dilutive growth funding. The company provides game-based solutions focused on skills and people development.
Attensi has obtained non-dilutive growth funding from Ture Invest Partners, a direct lender in the Nordic region. The funding will support investments in return-focused opportunities.
Attensi reviewed multiple funding options through a process led by Houlihan Lokey and received offers from various growth investors. The company selected non-dilutive funding to continue its expansion and focus on shareholder value.
Trond Aas, co-founder and CEO of Attensi, says, “This is great news for Attensi as we invest further into our growth plans, particularly in the US market. There are several areas where the expected return-on-investment is very high.”
Helping people and organisations grow
Attensi provides gamified simulation training solutions that support organisations in developing workforce skills through interactive training.
Since 2013, the company has delivered game-based simulations used by organisations globally to improve learning outcomes. Attensi is supported by shareholders Viking Growth and Lugard Road Capital, with founder Odd Skarheim continuing to serve as a Board Member and investor.
One of its core offerings is Attensi RealTalk, a conversational simulation tool that uses agentic AI, voice recognition, and virtual characters. It places users in role-play scenarios to practice communication and emotional intelligence in areas such as sales, leadership, coaching, and customer service.
Attensi also offers AI Co-Pilot tools within its Creator platform, which assist clients in building training simulations by supporting content creation, scripting, voice generation, image creation, and translations. An AI Assistant helps users learn to use the platform effectively.
In addition, Attensi provides AI Insights Co-Pilot, a survey analysis tool that helps organisations interpret large sets of open-ended and quantitative data, offering detailed insights to inform decision-making.
Growth by AI innovation
Attensi has secured new funding following a period of sustained revenue growth driven by its focus on AI and product development.
Over the past six years, the company has increased its annual recurring revenue tenfold and maintained yearly revenue growth above 40 per cent for the last three years, including 2024. This growth is linked to Attensi’s development of AI-based training solutions, notably the launch of RealTalk.
The company has also implemented AI features across its full product portfolio. These include AI copilots and assistants in tools like CREATOR and the ENGAGE learning platform, which support content creation and personalised learning paths, as well as AI-powered data analysis through Attensi Insights to enhance decision-making.
