Belgian wealth-tech startup Warren has raised €3M in pre-seed funding. Motive Ventures led the round, which included participation from Entourage, Syndicate One, Pitchdrive, 1105, and several business angels.
The investment will support Warren’s efforts to address financial stress in the workplace. The company provides tailored financial insights, AI-driven coaching, education, and access to advisors as part of its employee benefits offering.

On a mission to address financial stress
Financial stress affects both employees and businesses, leading to lower morale, reduced productivity, and higher attrition. Warren aims to address these issues through a platform designed to help employees manage their financial future.
The company will provide an integrated financial well-being benefit designed to support employees, improve retention, and strengthen workplace culture.
The company was founded by Cedric De Vleeschauwer, Jos Polfliet, David Du Pré, Tijs Deryckere, and Pieterjan Behaeghe, who have backgrounds in companies such as Alan, Showpad, Netlog, Metamaze, KBC, Silverfin, and Henchman.
Warren’s platform will focus on financial planning tools, AI-driven coaching, and human advisory support to enhance employees’ financial well-being. It will provide clear insights into financial status, real-time personalised coaching to support decision-making, and direct access to professional wealth advisors.
The Belgian company aims to make financial planning and advisory services more accessible in the workplace by combining technology with expert guidance.
