Amsterdam-based Bloqhouse Technologies, an investment management platform, announced on Tuesday that it has hit the €1B mark in funding volume via its platform.
Tim Rutgers, CEO and founder of Bloqhouse Technologies, says, “We are thrilled to have reached this significant milestone! It serves as a big achievement for our team and reflects the trust and confidence that our clients have in our solutions.”
“We remain committed to driving positive change in the financial industry and helping our clients succeed,” he adds.
In the private markets, Bloqhouse offers white-label fund management software to more than 40 customers across a variety of investment classes.
According to a PwC estimate, the value of all worldwide private markets topped $7T in 2020 and is anticipated to grow in the years to come.
“Next generation investing”
Founded in 2016, Bloqhouse Technologies aims to make investing accessible to anyone, anywhere.
“Our company was founded on the belief that everyone should be able to invest, regardless of the size of their wallet. By leveraging the latest technologies, we aim to remove barriers and make the financial market more inclusive,” says Bloqhouse.
The Dutch platform provides a cloud-based one-stop-shop funding platform that meets all the current and future needs of fund managers, investment funds, and companies looking to raise funds.
The traditional technique of investing might be difficult and time-consuming. By digitising the process and enabling investors to complete KYC and onboarding online while still adhering to all norms and regulations, Bloqhouse makes the process simpler.
The company now claims to have established itself as a key player in the industry, with a growing client base across Europe and beyond.
In April 2022, Bloqhouse Technologies raised €2.1M from Chromaway to expand its account management and development capabilities. The capital infusion allowed the company to meet the rising demand for Bloqhouse’s Fund Management System.
Bloqhouse has also introduced two additional products in addition to its Fund Management Platform: the Loan Administration Platform and the Cap Table Platform.
The company says these solutions give financial institutions, loan servicing organisations, and businesses the tools they need to improve equity ownership management and expedite loan administration procedures.
