Sami Ahvenniemi, General Partner at Vendep Capital, says, “We’ve been engaging with Bookboost for a long time, witnessing its impressive growth, ability to attract top talent, and expand its product and go-to-market strategy. Over time, we knew we wanted to be part of this journey.”

“Bookboost empowers hotels with a 360-degree view of their guests, enhancing communication and streamlining the entire guest experience. We’re excited to support the team as they drive further growth, international expansion, and innovation.”

Vendep Capital focuses on early-stage B2B SaaS entrepreneurs in the Nordics and Baltics. The firm provides initial investments ranging from €0.1M to €3M, depending on the startup’s stage.

A hospitality engagement platform

Founded in 2016, Bookboost is a hospitality CRM platform that consolidates guest data from multiple sources to facilitate customer communication throughout the guest journey.

The company offers a CRM, Unified Inbox, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) to streamline operations and enhance guest engagement.

Bookboost’s platform uses AI-driven automation and multi-channel communication, including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and OTAs, to help hotel groups and brands increase direct revenue and guest loyalty.

Capital utilisation

Bookboost will use the funds to further develop its platform.

Willem Rabsztyn, CEO of Bookboost, says, “This investment is a game-changer. Hotels that own their guest relationships outperform the rest—this funding allows us to double down on our mission to help hotels unlock the full potential of their guest data, creating personalised and meaningful guest journeys at scale.”

“With a stronger CDP and CRM, we’re giving hotels the tools to own their data, personalise every interaction, and drive more direct revenue than ever before.”

Bookboost plans to accelerate product development, enhance AI-driven automation, and support more hotel brands in delivering tailored guest experiences.

The company will expand its team to strengthen its expertise in serving hoteliers globally. The investment strengthens Bookboost’s role as a CRM and guest communication platform for hospitality brands expanding digital strategies and engagement.
