Brunel, a global recruitment consultancy platform, announced that it has acquired 50.1 per cent majority stakes in Equals, a firm that focuses on empowering and supporting women’s career growth.

The partnership aims to increase diversity in the technology sector and address the increasing need for IT professionals.

Kim van Uem, the financial director at Brunel Netherlands, says that the partnership with Equals is an opportunity to attract more women with potential in the IT field.

Utilising its extensive client network and expertise, the company aims to support Equals in achieving its goal of increasing the number of women in the sector.

Brunel specialises in providing customised project and workforce solutions. They offer tailored services such as recruitment, global mobility, project management, secondment, and consultancy to clients worldwide and locally.

The company focuses on connecting talented professionals with leading companies in sectors like Conventional Energy, Renewable Energy, Future Mobility, Mining, and Life Science.
