Buyers Edge Platform, a US-based software and analytics company for the food service industry, has invested in HosCat in the Netherlands as part of its European expansion.
The investment supports Buyers Edge Platform’s strategy to build the largest Digital Procurement Network in Europe, similar to its success in the US.
Through strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and organic growth, the US-based company aims to enhance procurement processes and deliver exceptional value to food service businesses across Europe.
