Invest-NL: Focused on driving sustainability and innovation
Founded in 2020, Invest-NL is an impact investment firm focused on driving sustainability and innovation in the Netherlands.
The firm finances visionary entrepreneurs and projects that contribute to the future economy, aiming for both impact and financial returns.
The firm takes responsible risks, leverages European funds, and works collaboratively to make ambitious projects feasible.
The firm’s long-term approach emphasises societal and environmental benefits, supporting entrepreneurs and technologies that will shape the Netherlands by 2050.
“The Netherlands has a shortage of Series A investors in the Life Sciences & Health sector. The Capricorn Healthtech Fund II addresses this financing gap by targeting companies that are too big for seed financing, but too small for larger European funds. In addition to capital, the fund offers access to a broad network and more than ten years of expertise in medtech and digital health. This offers valuable co-investment opportunities and stimulates knowledge sharing in the sector,” says Mats Wassink , Investment Associate at Invest-NL.
