Dékuple Group, a European data marketing and communications company, has acquired a majority stake in Amsterdam’s creative agency Selmore and Rotterdam’s digital agency DotControl.
The integration of two new entities into Dékuple’s multi-entrepreneur model supports its strategy to expand in Europe and broaden its expertise to serve international clients.
The partnership aligns with Dékuple’s objective of increasing its role in communication and data marketing in Europe.

Guiding Ideas to help brands move forward
Founded in 2005 and led by Anja Froeling, Selmore is a creative agency that develops Guiding Ideas to help brands grow.
The agency collaborates with strategists, creatives, designers, producers, and business managers, as well as clients, other agencies, and specialists under Selmore United.
Selmore partners with DotControl, a digital agency focused on data-driven strategies, to track and adapt Guiding Ideas. The agency has developed strategies, concepts, and campaigns for brands such as Škoda, Domino’s Pizza, Perfetti van Melle, and ASN Bank.
The digital engagement agency
Founded in 2005 and led by Mark Landman and Rutger Buijzen, DotControl is a digital engagement agency. It focuses on strategic digital projects and creating tailored digital solutions for clients such as Disney, DPG Media, Talpa Network, APG, Škoda, and Feyenoord football club.
DotControl develops websites, apps, games, and campaigns, focusing on data-driven insights and customer feedback. Its services include digital strategy development, concept development, visual and interaction design, content marketing, mobile and web development, software development, and growth hacking.
The company has offices in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Heerlen, and Willemstad.
Aim of the partnership
DotControl and Selmore are combining their expertise to create a new agency model in the Netherlands. This model integrates data, technology, and creativity to provide strategic solutions tailored to the changing market demands.
Dékuple’s partnership with Selmore and DotControl is part of its European growth strategy, which combines organic initiatives and acquisitions.
The Group seeks to diversify its activities and expand its services for international clients while leveraging synergies and complementary skills across integrated entities.
Selmore and DotControl remain independent while accessing opportunities and resources within the Dékuple ecosystem.
