Dutch-based CM.com raises €20M via accelerated bookbuild offering: Know more

On Thursday, North Brabant-based CM.com, a provider of conversational commerce, announced that it has raised €20M by offering 2,985,075 new ordinary shares.

This represents about 10.3 per cent of the company’s existing shares.

The new shares were sold to institutional investors and some management members for €6.70/share.

This price is 4.96 per cent lower than the closing price before the announcement on February 12, 2025, and 2.47 per cent lower than the average price over the last five days, which was €6.87.

The company will use the proceeds to strengthen its balance sheet and provide greater operational and tactical flexibility during the next phase of the Company’s growth plan.

The announcement comes a few days after launching Halo, an Agentic AI Platform. According to CM.com, the new generation of AI can independently perform complex tasks that normally take a lot of time and resources.
