Netherlands-based software startup 24sessions has opened its first regional office in Paris. The company has witnessed 3x growth each year and is one of the leaders in the Benelux. With a new office in Paris, 24sessions strengthen its commitment to become a leader in the European market in terms of video calls for interacting with customers.
Founded in 2015 by Rutger Teunissen and Konstantin Goncharuk, 24sessions is different from other enterprise video conferencing tools. Notably, it can be anything such as online appointment plans, conversational analytics, etc.
Taps into Paris
By opening an office in Paris, 24sessions taps into the southern European market. Furthermore, to strengthen its presence, the Dutch start has roped in Ricardo Roman with extensive experience in fintech, SaaS, and video technology as its Sales Director.
Ricardo Roman stated, “France, Spain and Italy constitute very mature markets, where human contact is highly valued. Companies are looking for ways to digitize while at the same time maintaining personal relationships since personal is a core value for this region. The technology and experience in customer interaction that 24sessions brings perfectly match these demands.”
Plans to serve clients better
According to CEO and co-founder Rutger Teunissen, it’s the right timing for 24sessions to move into the South EMEA market. He added, “Over the past year, we have signed our first Southern European clients. Opening an office in Paris is the logical next step to strengthen our position in that market and to better serve our clients in France, Spain, and Italy.”
Join video calls in a click
Well, 24sessions lets users participate in a video call in a single click. It does not require users to download anything to participate in a video call as customers can join an ongoing call from any mobile or desktop device. The service is used largely by banks such as Rabobank, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and Vattenfall, thereby letting them provide video calling as a new customer interaction channel.
