Founded in 2012 by Andy Bruckschloegl, Niels Dörje, Marcus Tandler, and Jan-Hendrik Reichenbacher, Ryte claims to have become the premier platform for Website User Experience.
Some of the world’s renowned companies including Allianz, Bauhaus, HomeToGo or Hilti use the Ryte technology to help reach their website’s full potential.

The acquisition by Semrush is expected to create new sales opportunities for Ryte by leveraging Semrush’s extensive customer base, enabling greater penetration and cross-selling.
For Semrush, the acquisition enhances its new Enterprise SEO Platform, boosting its ability to help large businesses improve digital marketing, productivity, and online visibility.
The Enterprise SEO Platform unifies SEO operations across teams, industries, and regions, using AI workflows and a vast keyword and backlink database to provide insights and streamline complex tasks.
