French company Intent Technologies secures €5M to help real estate industry with data management: Here’s how

Lille, France-based Intent Technologies, a cloud platform for building and urban data, announced recently that it has secured €5M from Amundi Private Equity Just Transition investment fund.

New investors, including Nexity and Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts Group), also participated.

Intent Technologies: Data management platform

Founded by Benjamin Ulrich, Intent Technologies develops the first cloud-based data management platform for the real estate industry.

This platform aims to streamline the management of real estate assets and city equipment by offering a wide range of connectors from over 300 service providers, connected solutions, and software publishers.

Users can access various services through web and mobile applications to enhance supplier performance, improve the end-user experience, ensure regulatory compliance, increase the energy efficiency of buildings, and reduce utility costs.

The company’s Cloud platform collects data and provides predictive analysis to help asset owners and users target the most efficient assets and avoid energy losses.

The platform can be used for various applications such as operations management, regulatory compliance, energy efficiency, and load management.

It enables more than 300 players to exchange data and has already resulted in significant savings in the property and social housing sectors.
