London-based Ascendx, a provider of enterprise-grade CRM SaaS solutions, has raised $110M (approximately €99M) in funding led by Osprey Investors and Columbia Lake Partners, as well as high-caliber angel investors.
Based out of London. Osprey is a private equity firm investing in technology-driven businesses.
The firm leverages its deep sector expertise and relationships to identify and partner with market-leading businesses in the B2B software, payments, and tech-enabled services markets.

The angel investors list includes Charles Delingpole, founder of ComplyAdvantage, Sujay Tyle, founder of Merama, Chris North, former CEO of Shutterfly and Amazon UK, and Malte Janzarik, former Head of TPG Europe.
The latest fundraising comprises $60M (approximately €54M) in equity and $50M (approximately €45M) in debt, marking one of the largest growth-stage investments in the CRM space to date.
Fund utilisation
The UK company will use the funds to enhance AI-driven CRM capabilities, expand its U.S. footprint, and drive strategic acquisitions.
As a part of the funding, the UK company has appointed Gavin Patterson, former President & CSO of Salesforce, and Pullen Daniel, co-founder of nCino, Inc., as board members.

Additionally, the company acquired US-based CapStorm, a Salesforce secure data control and management app, to expand its AI capabilities.
