The era of digital economy is now a reality. According to ‘World Economic Forum’, at least 50 per cent of crucial jobs will become obsolete in just two years and will need new training to adopt the new technologies.
This is exactly where Barcelona-based Metacampus looks to make a difference. The startup aims to guide and accompany professionals in this accelerated digital transition process.
In this context, Metacampus has announced the launch of the Lifetime Web3 Onboarding Programme.
The Programme aims to make new technologies more accessible to pros and enable cultural immersion so that they can understand, learn, and personally experience the societal changes brought on by the new, more decentralised business models.
Founder and CEO of Metacampus, Pere Pérez Ninou, says, “Understanding the concepts of the decentralised economy is not enough. Professionals who want to be prepared or, even better, write the future must decentralise their mindset.”
What does the new Programme offer?
Metacampus looks to provide access to pros at all levels, including marketing managers and executives from all organisations and businesses, and anyone who’s interested to remain on top of quickly evolving digital trends.
Through its Lifetime Onboarding Programme, the startup will provide the skills and ongoing practical knowledge needed to implement blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) and increase professional worth.
The membership plan is for €99 per month or €999 per year, with a user layout reminiscent of leisure platforms.
The three primary content elements at Metacampus are instruction, transformation, and engagement. Its goal is to help workers transition to the digital age by educating and working alongside those who are already at the forefront of the field to help them advance more quickly.
The Programme will have access to more than 40 hours of exclusive material and opportunities for expert collaboration through two live sessions each day and five important information capsules each week.
Moreover, to combat the dangers of sedentary remote and digital work, Metacampus also offer content blocks to support mental health and healthy routines.
As an educational programme based on ongoing learning, Metacampus says its model is adaptable and will allow each person to progress at their own pace, availability, and interests as well as prioritise involvement and the creation of community-wide connections.
The training will cover a variety of topics such as new narratives, digital identity, Web3 communities, Blockchain, NFTs, tokenisation of new business and entertainment lines, behaviour in immersive platforms, digital art, or meme culture in corporate communication, among others.
Pérez Ninou says, “Digital society requires a new educational model. Paper diplomas can’t be hung on virtual walls.”
About Metacampus
Metacampus aims to become a driver of business growth. Its ecosystem includes a business transformation programme to advise companies on developing new business models and an activation programme to foster digital entrepreneurship in the country.
To carry out this initiative, the startup establishes partnerships with third parties, such as the Baskonia Group and Havas Media Group.
For workers, businesses, and the global entrepreneurial ecosystem, Metacampus presents itself as a lifelong collaborator in digital change.
Pere Pérez Ninou adds, “this revolution affects us all. Integrating AI and Blockchain in the service industry will result in the automation of most jobs. Professionals from all company departments must become actively and continuously involved to respond to the challenges of the new digital era.”
