Multiple facets from our lives will be different in a post-coronavirus world with mobility being one of them. Travelling in public transportation systems or even carpooling will need to be approached with paramount caution. However, there are some innovative companies that are working on a more viable mobility solution for everyone. The Poland based company Triggo S.A. has revealed its innovative electric vehicle, Triggo, which has a variable geometry for its chassis.

Meet Triggo: An innovative EV for riders

While there are multiple electric vehicles currently available, almost none are equipped to deal with the post-COVID-19 scenario. Triggo is a two-seater EV that features innovative variable geometry of the chassis, which determines its width. This enables it to pass through heavy traffic in a manner similar to bikes and scooters, saving you time instead of being stuck in a traffic jam.

Thanks to foldable suspensions and small footprint, the car is capable of operating in two modes. One is for maneuvering at high speeds with the suspensions unfolded and one is at slow speeds to zip through traffic. The vehicle is also the company’s answer to traffic jams and lacking parking spaces. The Triggo takes up 1/5th the space of a standard passenger car.

“Our technical solutions are patented in the area with a population of nearly 4 billion, covering EU countries, USA, Japan, China and India. Both in Europe and in the world we are witnessing an increase in interest in and sales of electric cars, which are environmentally friendly. This, combined with Triggo’s competitive advantages, gives us great hopes for the success of the project, the commercialization of which we want to commence soon. Digital drive by wire control, low empty weight, a unified system of replaceable batteries or compact dimensions are factors that will allow drivers to enjoy driving and using Triggo.” says Rafał Budweil, President of the Board and Founder of Triggo S.A.

Triggo S.A. was founded back in 2010 by Rafał Budweil, the originator and co-creator of the project. In February 2019, the company closed its third round of private financing and next month, Triggo hit the roads after obtaining a WMI (World Manufacturer Identifier) manufacturer code. Currently, the company has a fully functional, pre-production version of the vehicle, which is ready for commercialization.
