Aims to reduce the global real estate industry’s carbon footprint
Myrspoven combines energy and information technology to help the real estate industry save energy. It uses advanced Artificial Intelligence technology and Data Analytics to make buildings more efficient and contribute to sustainable, stable energy systems.
The company’s goal is to globally reduce the carbon footprint of non-renewable energy by 1 per cent in the real estate sector.
Founded in 2017, Myrspoven was established by Anders Kallebo (CEO), an engineer with expertise in energy efficiency within the real estate sector, and Johan Brunius (CTO), bringing a background in IT, Artificial Intelligence, and optimisation theory to the company.
Currently, the company operates in eight countries, covering over 3.5 million square meters. Myrspoven claims that its technology achieves a 20 per cent reduction in building energy consumption.
