Orderli, an Amsterdam startup that offers a digital menu for restaurants, has acquired guest registration app mycapa.city for a symbolic amount of €1. The acquisition comes two weeks after Orderli securing funding from venture capitalist Y Combinator.
With this move, Orderli aims to cement its position in the Netherlands and expand its offering to other markets. Orderli will maintain and develop mycapa.city’s software and take care of its customers.
