Tracefy, a startup-based out of Delft has received €300,000 starting capital from the Zuid-Holland based UNIIQ. This funding will be used for further development and upscaling of their innovation.

Aims to contribute to social challenges

For the uninitiated, Tracefy aims to contribute to social challenges like sustainable mobility, quality of the environment, security and health. The startup develops a solution especially for smart mobility vehicles like e-bikes, e-scooters and kick scooters.

Secured with a range of sensors!

The Tracefy SmartModule is equipped with several sensors like GPS, shock sensor, sim module and Wi-fi tracking. It has GPRS and GSM connection for maximum reliability and an internal backup battery. Apart from this, it also renders an online dashboard, which provides location, usage and statistics for both fleet managers and individual consumers.

Can be customised upon request!

On the other hand, Tracefy app offers functionalities such as location, geo-fencing, battery level, etc. In fact, there is a specialized team of software engineers, who can customize the app upon request for your brand.

Fleet management solution

The fleet managers can now manage their ‘fleet’ of e-bikes using the aggregated data collected with the GPS trackers or all their e-bikes in one easy online dashboard. Also, a much more extensive online dashboard will be developed for this target group.

Anti-theft tooo!

While the e-bikes are popular among thieves, the Tracefy GPS solution ensures the e-bike can now be ‘locked up’ both physically and digitally. If the bicycle is moved, the owner receives a notification via the app. Since bicycle theft is not limited to the expensive e-bikes, Tracefy, in addition, uses UNIQ investment to create a GPS solution for bicycles without a battery.

UNIIQ

Based out of Zuid-Holland, UNIIQ helps entrepreneurs to bring their unique innovation to the market faster. It offers entrepreneurs the starting capital to execute their plans and to bridge the riskiest phase from concept to a promising company.
