Europe’s largest women-led VC Revaia closes second fund at €250M; reaches €600M AUM

Paris-based Revaia, Europe’s largest all-women-led VC, announced the final closing of its second fund, Revaia Growth II, at €250M.

This latest closing brings its total assets under management to €600M.

With the final closing of Fund II, Revaia is expanding its investor base with various institutional and private investors from Europe and the U.S.

In addition to Bpifrance and the European Investment Fund, nine new partners, including BNP Paribas Cardif and JP Morgan Chase, have joined.

With 30 per cent of commitments from international investors, Revaia effectively links European expertise with global networks.

Revaia Growth II

Revaia Growth II has been actively deployed, with six investments in key sectors focusing on resilience, such as energy transition, AI for insurance, and cybersecurity.

Revaia helps fast-growing European companies by providing funding and expertise, leading to 17 acquisitions by its portfolio companies.

Fund I companies have grown 4x on average since investment, demonstrating capital efficiency and profitability.

At entry, 80 per cent generated less than €20M in ARR, while today, 80 per cent have between €40M and over €250M in revenues.

Fund II is already 40 per cent deployed, with companies growing at an average rate of 70 per cent per year.

Eatablished Operating Partners

The firm has created a team of Operating Partners who provide customized support in important areas like data and AI strategies, market execution, sustainability, and communication.

This helps portfolio companies grow efficiently and sustainably.

Additionally, to align the leadership team with the firm’s long-term goals, Executive Committee members have become shareholders in the management company.

Adil Benmakhlouf has been promoted to Partner and Head of Investor Relations, and Sandra Cadiou is now Partner and Head of Communication.
