Barcelona-based Cafler, an all-in-one marketplace platform for car owners, has secured $11M (approximately €10.5M) in a Series A funding round, bringing the total funding raised to over $20M (approximately €19.2M).

The round was led by the San Francisco-based Copec Wind Fund, with participation from Alumni Ventures AI Fund, Güil Mobility Ventures, and Plug and Play Supply Chain Fund.

Existing investors, including Seaya, Shilling VC, and Wayra (Telefónica), participated in the round.

Cafler operates in Europe, Latin America, and the U.S.

The new funding will help the company grow by expanding its services and introducing solutions like financial services, advertising technology features, and parts sales.

Additionally, the company is planning to close a new round of investment at the end of this year, to raise between €30M and €40M more, reports Lavanguardia.

“We are in the middle of a growth phase, expanding the base of our 1,200 clients, both large car manufacturers and small companies in the sector, such as workshops or car washes,” says Guillem.

Cafler: Making vehicle users’ lives easier

Founded in 2021 by Ricard Guillem and Íñigo Diego, Cafler is an all-in-one marketplace platform that caters to the diverse needs of car owners.

Offering a range of services from at-home maintenance and washing to insurance, parking, financing, and renting, all functionalities are conveniently accessible with a single click.

Users can easily book the service they need through the platform.

They just need to select the type of service, provide the pick-up address, and enter the date and time. A driver will pick up their vehicle and perform the requested service.

Once the service is complete, the vehicle will be delivered to the specified address.

Users can track the status and location of their vehicle at all times through the platform, giving them full control.

They can also download a summary of the service that includes photos of the vehicle’s condition during pick-up and delivery. Additionally, they can access their service history and generate delivery notes.

The company has completed over 150,000 services in collaboration with more than 750 partners.
