LIOF, the Limburg development and investment company, announced that it is investing in SpecifAi Parking, a Dutch-based business intelligence tool designed to optimise parking management for operators, property owners, and municipalities.

Rob Wammes, Investment Manager at LIOF, says, “SpecifAi Parking is a promising scale-up within the digitalisation transition in Limburg. This company offers an attractive solution, for example, for parking managers, municipalities and property owners.”

“Organisations such as P1, the US-based Re-Imagined Parking and Dutch municipalities including Nijmegen and Hilversum already rely on the Parking Intelligence Platform for their information provision.”

Wammes further adds, “SpecifAi Parking’s contribution to the digital transition and job creation in Limburg makes this investment very valuable to us. In this way, we are working together to achieve a smarter and more sustainable Limburg.”

What does SpecifAi Parking do?

SpecifAi Parking, developed in Limburg, aims to transform the parking industry globally.

The company’s parking intelligence platform securely centralises and integrates parking data from various sources, presenting it in clear dashboards. It uses this data to generate predictive insights, helping users manage their operations more efficiently and effectively.

SpecifAi Parking claims to have succeeded in countries including the Benelux, DACH region, Australia, and the US.

Based in Valkenburg, Limburg, the platform is expanding its services, creating jobs, and boosting the Limburg economy.

Annemoon Borst, Investment Manager at LIOF, says, “SpecifAi is a disruptor in the parking management market. With their smart dashboard solution, the platform creates new opportunities and insights. Users save on costs and can make better predictions.”

“Previously, multiple data analysts with specific knowledge of the parking world were needed to read and analyse all the various sources. The Parking Intelligence platform takes care of this fully automatically and in real time. The user saves on costs and is able to manage their organisation much more efficiently.”
