Groningen-based Let’s Get Digital, a Dutch company maximising the value of events, has joined the Rotterdam’s Spotler Group. This step expands the Group’s position in the events sector, including trade fairs and online events.

Let’s Get Digital will contribute to the Group’s goal of offering a complete solution that connects marketing and event technology. Through this partnership, both companies will work toward delivering connected tools and services for organisers and marketers.

Let’s Get Digital: Supporting event organisers with technology

Founded in 2019, Let’s Get Digital provides event technology for online, hybrid, and in-person formats. The platform claims to have witnessed strong growth during the COVID-19 pandemic, with tools for streaming, audience interaction, and networking.

The company supports event organisers by improving networking, increasing exhibitor results, and simplifying workflows through automated systems. Its tools are used across event formats to support organisers, sponsors, and attendees.

Let’s Get Digital includes functions such as lead scanning, a central exhibitor portal, badge printing, AI-based matchmaking, and one-on-one meeting tools. These solutions are used by trade fairs including Webwinkel Vakdagen, Event Summit, and Cloud Expo.

Aim of the acquisition

Let’s Get Digital has joined the Spotler Group, following earlier additions such as Momice. While Momice focuses on regular business events, Let’s Get Digital supports larger and less frequent events, including digital formats.

With both platforms now part of the same group, Spotler clients can manage different types of events through one connected system. It will allow customers to manage both smaller in-person gatherings and larger online events within one system, offering flexibility in response to changes in the event space.

Lee Chadwick, CEO of Spotler Group, says, “Our mission is to empower professionals with the marketing tools they deserve to make an impact. With Let’s Get Digital joining the Group, we now offer a leading solution for large-scale trade fairs and online events.”

“This addition to our portfolio ensures that our customers, whether hosting small business meetings or major digital expos, have access to technology that evolves with their needs. Spotler Group is increasingly becoming a strategic partner for all forms of event engagement.”

Bas Krijgsman, CEO of Let’s Get Digital, adds, “I have been looking forward to this for a long time. Instead of reinventing the wheel, we can learn from a larger organisation while staying focused on what we are good at.”

Brief about the Spotler Group

The Spotler Group is building a network of marketing technology companies that provide tools and local expertise for marketing teams. Serving over 10,000 marketers across more than 4,000 companies, the group facilitates the delivery of over 18 billion messages each year.

Spotler’s platforms support email and SMS marketing, enabling clients to communicate directly with their audiences. These tools help users manage campaigns, send transactional messages, and personalise content based on audience behaviour and data.

The group’s marketing automation features allow companies to use customer data to deliver content tailored to specific segments at the right time. This supports improved engagement, customer growth, and retention.

Spotler’s technology is also integrated into client systems and used in various communication scenarios, from promotional messages to transactional updates. The group continues to expand its offerings to meet the evolving needs of marketing and customer service teams.
