Last update:

Entrepreneurs are always looking for ways to speed up the process of making their dream come true. Travis Kalanick, CEO of Uber, comes to the rescue with UberPITCH. For a limited period, Uber will be offering entrepreneurs across 37 cities and 21 countries in Europe “the chance of a lifetime by connecting you to some of the region’s top investors — all at the touch of a button”.

UberPITCH

It’s Amsterdam and Rotterdam only, for The Netherlands. Applying for UberPITCH is easy, just fill in a short typeform and you’re good to go. Apply before Saturday May 28th, one minute before midnight, to be eligible for the chance to pitch to investor EQT. One catch though: you do need to apply with your email address attached to your Uber account, so if you do not have one, forget about it.

Meet Travis Kalanick

Then, if you’re one of the lucky few, you will get a special promocode that only works between 12 and  2PM on May the 31st. An Uber will take you to Uber HQ in Amsterdam, pitching starts at 2PM. The winners will get guidance from EQT. In the end, one person with the best idea will travel to Berlin to meet Travis Kalanick, who announced the initiative yesterday at StartupFest Europe.
