Dutch software vendor and service provider USoft provides organisations with a low-code development platform to develop and redesign business-critical systems. Its flexible and intelligent low-code platform is the ideal solution that will let clients who want to innovate fast and adapt to the market’s needs.

USoft’s core business is a low-code software development with a focus on business-critical back-end environments. Especially, it focuses on knowledge-intensive and transactional systems. The company believes that the back-end systems should be easy to maintain, stable, and scalable. Once this is achieved, front-end apps for the clients’ requirements can be build.

Joins with Holland Capital

In a recent development, this Naarden-based company joins hands with Holland Capital, which will be its investment partner. With this move, the company will pursue a buy-and-build strategy along with organic growth to reinforce its market position in low-code platforms for business-critical systems.

Appoints new CEO!

Furthermore, Hans Canisius, the former business consultant at USoft becomes its CEO. He has been involved in the development of the low-cost platform since 2015. As the CEO, he will be responsible for the continued growth of the company in the Netherlands and global markets.

“Low code is the perfect way to accelerate your digital transformation,” said Hans Canisius, the CEO of USoft. “The first wave of low code focused primarily on apps for end users. However, we are increasingly seeing complex IT issues behind these apps.”

In the second wave of low code, USoft aims to bring the benefits of low code through to the underlying, more complex business-critical layer. This company is the best-suited one for clients who seek to develop complex systems with ease. Holland Capital is an ideal partner for our ambition, helping us make clear strategic choices while supporting us in the rollout of our intended buy-and-build strategy. We’ll be continuing to enhance our technology and services so we can support our clients from start to finish.”
