Madrid-based Wannme, a fintech company focused on payments and liquidity solutions, has secured €7M in strategic financing from IDC Arena Credit Ventures, a division of IDC Network, in collaboration with Arena Investors.

This funding will support Wannme in offering instant payment advances to marketplace sellers, enabling them to receive earnings daily instead of after more than 14 days due to marketplace rules.

Jaime de Villa, founder and CEO of Wannme, says, “This partnership marks an important milestone for Wannme as we scale our impact in the marketplace ecosystem in Europe.”

“IDC Arena Credit Ventures understood our business model and structured a financing solution aligned with our growth strategy. This credit facility allows us to empower more sellers with the liquidity needed to sell more and grow.”

Joe Salameh, Managing Director at Arena Investors, adds, “Wannme’s platform fills a gap in the European market by providing an agile capital solution for marketplace sellers. We are proud to support their vision with flexible, zero-loss equity financing.”

Helping businesses with their collection processes

Founded in 2017, Wannme develops solutions for payments and liquidity in online commerce. The company automates and optimises payment flows, addressing challenges faced by marketplace sellers.

Marketplaces typically delay payments for over two weeks, limiting sellers’ access to funds. Wannme provides a service that advances up to 90 per cent of net sales daily, helping sellers reinvest in their businesses.

The company offers an online payment gateway that enables businesses to accept various payment methods, including recurring and automated transactions, while simplifying financial management.

Its goal is to become a leading payments platform by improving conversion rates and liquidity access. The company’s technology supports business expansion across Europe.
