French proptech startup illiCopro has secured €1.5 million funding from Samaipata and existing investor Kima Ventures for its condo management platform. The startup offers an online cost-effective solution for property owners to manage their properties without any professional property managers’ intervention. illiCopro will utilise the fund in expanding its team and boosting penetration in the market.
Co-founder and CEO of illiCopro, Raphaël Di Meglio stated, “As they grow, the quality of services offered by professional condominium managers often deteriorates. IlliCopro is positioning itself as an alternative to these managers and, as such, is committed to maintaining an optimum level of quality for our clients. Our service is based on technology, but also with a human element, and we must strengthen our teams to guarantee fast, efficient and quality support to all our users.”

The platform enables trustees of residential committees to manage their buildings by spending just two hours a month at a cost of €7 per month per apartment. Further, it offers hassle-free solutions for accounting and legal subjects through simplified forms. All co-owners can view their balance and property documents in real-time using any device.
The Paris-based startup illiCopro was started in 2017 by three young entrepreneurs including Raphaël Di Meglio, Jeremy Krebs and Victor Prigent. With team strength of 15 members including lawyers and accountants, the startup promises 100% free support via chat and telephonic conversation.
So far, illiCopro administers 300 condominiums that count over 6,000 apartments through its platform. Post the funding, it aspires to touch the figure of 1,000 clients in the year 2019 itself.
