Senior Global Buyer, Doctolib

Doctolib is seeking an action-oriented, service/pedagogue-oriented, collaborative, organized, and knowing procurement professional with a taste for building and deploying a global procurement organization in France, in Germany and more.

Setting-up at the end of 2019, the Global Procurement Team is responsible for securing and optimizing all Doctolib’s purchases. Currently the organization – 5 people – is fully under construction with defining and implementing of strategies, methodology, processes, governance,  tools – SRM solution in implementation – and KPI. As part of an outstanding growing-up Procurement Team you will be in charge of implementing from France the Procurement organization with efficient purchase/vendor strategies to bring value to our Doctobuyers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Procurement partner (global buyer, lead buyer, country buyer, sourcing leader…), ideally within a global company or a high-growth company especially in Tech. They also have confirmed experiences in both operational tasks (P2P process…) and strategic approach (category / vendor strategy, Kraljic matrix, SRM) along with good experience in Marketing / Data Providers / Social Networks / Tech Cloud.

Frontend Developer, Blip

As a Frontend Developer you are part of a Software development team and you’ll analyze requirements provided by the team’s Product Owner, design and develop technical solutions or processes, do unit testing, maintain and improve production code, contribute to the performance improvement work, keep the projects technical documentation up to date, while minimizing manual processes and providing automated solutions.

Reporting to a Delivery Manager in a Blip team formed by 4 to 5 Developers and 1 QA, you will use technology as a basis to deliver amazing value to customers, while scaling the platform to meet the demands of worldwide markets. As a team player in an Agile Team, you will be able to develop software as part of an agile team with short iterations and frequent releases, while contributing to planning and the subsequent development of applications. You will remain up to date in terms of current and future needed upgrades.

Workforce Planning Analyst, Airbnb

The Workforce Management (WFM) Workforce Planning Analyst is vital in ensuring that Airbnb has the best possible support for guests and hosts within Customer Support operations. As an Airbnb Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for the allocation of headcount across multiple sites, channels and tiers and be expected to manage these and the relationships with partner WFM teams, capacity planning teams and internal stakeholders. You would be an important part of a fast moving and high profile team and be required to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the best results.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with a minimum 5 years of experience in a contact centre role. Experience with NICE IEX WFM (preferred) or similar applications (i.e., Aspect/eWFM) is a must, as well as a well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
