5 MadTech startups in Europe you should know about in 2019

MadTech is a new and fast-growing ecosystem of startups. These startups offer Artificial Intelligence and machine learning marketing and advertising technologies. The MadTech startups are aimed at making things possible for companies.

In the current era, consumers expect companies to identify their evolving requirements in real-time. with improved ability to turn data into actionable insights, combine marketing tactics, and streamline marketing strategies to increase revenue, MadTech is preferred by companies. As MadTech is growing rapidly, there is increased focus on the same from all aspects.

Collider is a boutique startup accelerator dedicated to B2B marketing, commerce, and adtech. Founded in London in 2012 by Ellen Bark-Lindhout, Collider opened a second office in Amsterdam in 2017. The startups in which Collider invests help brands find, understand, engage, sell to and retain customers. The startups connect them with potential customers and investors via its structured and personalised programme.

In the Collider Class of 2019 that took place on Tuesday, of the 230 registrations worldwide for the presentation, five ‘MadTech’ (marketing, advertising, and technology) startups were chosen following a stringent selection process. These startups that gave their presentation are detailed below.

Dutch startup Soulskill helps brands build authentic narratives around their offerings. This is possible by enabling the sou rcing, curation, and publishing of video stories generated by their customers. The user-generated video content is highly important to tell an authentic story and this is where Soulskill helps in activating, selecting, and sharing video reviews of online stores shared by consumers.

Scircula is a purpose-led tech business, which makes fashion more circular. The company solves the global garment fit issue at scratch by offering industry-leading software solutions that help fashion brands design and produce garments accurately. Finish startup Eligo.live is developing a social marketplace and player (mobile, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality), which enables fans to consume and trade a new class of digital memorabilia. Eligo.live helps music and sports stars, bands and sports clubs develop limited edition, high-tech, digital memorabilia. This can be distributed via their own channels and the Eligo platform.
