B2B companies strive hard to generate sales via websites as most visitors do not share their contact information that helps generate leads. Leadfeeder is a Helsinki-based startup that helps B2B companies use website analytics to generate new leads. It knows whoโ€™s visiting the website sans any extra script installation.

Raises โ‚ฌ3.1M Series A funding

In a recent development, Leadfeeder has raised โ‚ฌ3.1 million in Series A funding. The funding round was led by Dutch growth capital firm Endeit Capital along with participation from Finland-based Vendep Capital and Superhero Capital.

The new capital will be used to develop its AI-powered lead automation tool. Also, it will be used to grow the team focusing on international expansion.

โ€œWe are extremely excited about our investment in Leadfeeder as it brings together key ingredients for success: A stellar and experienced team, laser-focused on creating value for their customers, best in class technology that is solving a hard and very real problem for sales teams, and exceptional traction for their solution in the US,โ€ said Jelle-Jan Bruinsma, Partner at Endeit Capital.

โ€œWe are very excited by our new partnership with Endeit Capital and for the continued support of Superhero Capital and Vendep Capital,โ€ said Leadfeeder CEO Pekka Koskinen.

How Leadfeeder helps companies?

Leadfeeder uses Google Analytics data to show the names and behaviour of companies that visit a website. The data is fed into the existing CRM and email marketing tools of the company. This way, the sales department is targeted towards the potential B2B customers that have exhibited interest in the services.

The company is fully GDPR complaint and does not capture personally identifiable information of users.

Witnessed significant growth

Founded in 2012 by Pekka Koskinen, Herkko Kiljunen and Vicent Llongo, Leadfeeder has been quite successful and has witnessed double year-on-year growth with an annual run-rate of โ‚ฌ4 million. It has witnessed significant growth in both the US and EU markets.

Here are its prices

Leadfeeder comes in two versions โ€“ Lite and Premium. The Lite version has limited features and will be free and will show leads of the last 7 days. The Premium version offers all the features and will be downgraded to Lite after a fortnight starting from $53 per month.

Uses machine learning

The Finnish startup uses machine learning to enrich and classify organisations identified by Leadfeeder. The company will continue using machine learning to score leads based on aggregated data from marketing tools and customer sales.
